A lot of people are only concerned about opening and operating their own bank accounts. It's the smart one's that open bank accounts for their kids and even the unborn one's. They start saving a trust fund for them until they are old enough before they can access the money.

Have you ever considered opening a trust fund account for your kids?

Have you considered writing your will?
Posted by: Heatman - 11-06-2023, 06:54 PM - Forum: Saving Money - Replies (1)

Being able to save money, have investments and lots of properties is all for someone to have a good life for himself and his family for those who will get married and have kids.

After you have acquired all you want in life or even when some are not yet achieved, when do you start planning to write your will?

Do you write your will at a young age and have it updated whenever there's a need to do so or do you wait till you're old?

I have been saving money for my retirement since the first day I started working. I don't want to struggle when I get old and can't work again.

There are some people who doesn't take their retirement savings seriously. I really pity because when they realise it's too late, they won't be able to do much.

Have you started saving for your retirement?

Did you pay in installments or full?
Posted by: Heatman - 11-06-2023, 06:40 PM - Forum: Real Estate - Replies (1)

When it comes to housing, most sellers gives you the option to pay in installments but if you can pay the whole money once, they are very open to accepting.

The same thing is applicable in paying for a rented apartment. It can be paid in full or in installments.

How do you pay for your house? Do you pay in full or based on installments?

Why are houses very expensive now?
Posted by: Heatman - 11-06-2023, 06:36 PM - Forum: Real Estate - Replies (2)

Housing seems like a sector that's reacting more to inflation than most of other projects. If other projects costs increased by 10%, housing have increased by 50%. This makes it very difficult to buy any new property now if you don't have excess money.

Why is it this too expensive in the housing sector?

  Buying property or Renting property?
Posted by: Heatman - 11-06-2023, 06:27 PM - Forum: Real Estate - Replies (4)

When it comes to buying and rending a property, which one is more convenient for you to take on that wouldn't have much pressure on your finances? I understand that when you have enough money, it's not going to be any issues for you to buy any property of your choice but that's not the reality for most people. Although, there are still some rich people who never want to buy their own houses. They prefer to rent than buy.

Which one is better for you in buying or renting a property?
