Solana is one of the cryptocurrencies that have been the most talked about in recent times in the cryptographic ecosystem, and no wonder, its transactions are among the fastest in the entire ecosystem and its commissions are so low that they are almost nonexistent, also had a brutal revalorization rising from 2$ to almost 300$ during the bull market, but many disconnections of its blockchain and a general dissatisfaction of the users made the cryptocurrency fall a lot in price, although lately, it has recovered some ground, do you think it is a good opportunity to invest in Solana? What do you think of this cryptocurrency and its blockchain?

The beauty of a house is known from how the interior design and decorations have been carried out. Who took charge of the interior design and decorations of your house when you built or bought your property?

I figured most ladies would love to take charge of this interior design and decorating of the house because they know to make a place look good.

XRP is one of the largest and oldest cryptocurrencies in the crypto ecosystem, it has fast, cheap and secure transactions, and it is a system that came to compete directly with the SWIFT system of central banks, in recent years this cryptocurrency has been stagnant due to the trial it has had with the SEC, do you think it holds a good future for XRP? What do you think about it?

Well, that's the question, in my country in recent years house prices have almost doubled in value, and it doesn't seem that prices want to stop rising and the worst of all is that there are still buyers while prices continue to rise. making it impossible for ordinary people to buy a home, so do you think the real estate market is in a speculative bubble at present?

Being able to own a house means that you can use it however you see fit. When you have been able to build your own house or even buy one, would you be willing to rent out one side of the house assuming if it's a duplex?

I wouldn't mind renting out part of my house as long as I can get a very good tenant. I wouldn't like to have a tenant who's going to a problem to deal with. 

Would you consider doing this type of thing?

Everyone here will know Microsoft, and if you don't know it is that you live under a rock, one of the largest and most powerful IT companies in the world, do you think it is a good time to invest in this corporation after they have finally acquired Activision Blizzard? Is it a good long-term opportunity?

Real Estate agents are the one's why helps you to close your real estate project deals. They scout available properties available for sale and negotiate for it. 

There are some of the estate agents who are scammers. They will be set up property sales that are illegal. Once you pay, they will disappear and you won't get the property.

Estates are more organised when it comes to housing. They have good road network, abundant water and good security. The only thing is that houses in estates are very expensive when compared to houses off estate. Social amenities in houses off estates are limited but the houses are cheaper.

Whenever you want to buy a new house, do you make inquiries about the neighborhood before purchasing the new house or even a land that you intend to build a house in the neighborhood?
