Where do you see Bitcoin being at by the end of 2023?
Posted by: Shortie - 09-25-2023, 04:00 PM - Forum: Cryptocurrency, NFT, Metaverse - Replies (1)

The year 2023 is slowly coming to an end and if you have been keeping an eye on Bitcoin you will know that it has been doing pretty well but we never know how long that could last.

With the way things are going for Bitcoin at the moment, where do you see Bitcoin being at or what it will be worth by the end of 2023?

  Bankruptcy
Posted by: The Raven - 09-24-2023, 06:57 PM - Forum: Personal Loan & Debt Repayment - Replies (1)

When I was watching TV series "The office" I heard of Michael saying he has to declare Bankruptcy and since then I have no idea what does it mean in USA. Is his debt being wiped off or something? I would like to have somebody explain to me how does that work in USA.

Is bad marketing a good marketing?
Posted by: The Raven - 09-24-2023, 06:56 PM - Forum: Business Management and Marketing - Replies (3)

I believe you heard of this saying before. If you are good, people will hear of you, of you are bad,  people will still hear of you but if you are none of that, you are a complete mystery on the market. Can business owner use bad marketing (reputation his company has) and turn that into his benefit?

Good example of this is when you have many haters speaking of Andrew Tate and all he need to do is to have his own podcast and get rich on his haters because people love listening answers.

  Savings and inflation
Posted by: The Raven - 09-24-2023, 06:52 PM - Forum: Saving Money - Replies (3)

This is something that happened in Serbia during sanctions by west. People who had savings in banks lost everything overnight due to the mass inflation and our own currency collapsed where you would go to a store and buy 10 products for several millions. That was insane.

How would you feel if you saved for 5 years, let's say, and then lost everything over night?

If your business fail, What will you do?
Posted by: Heatman - 09-24-2023, 05:36 PM - Forum: Small Businesses - Replies (2)

There are no guarantees in businesses that it's going to be successful. This is why they say there's risk in any business and advice starting with a risk that you can afford to lose when the business doesn't go as planned.

In a situation where your small business have failed to hit the ground running but seems like a failure already, what are you going to do in that position?

Who taught you everything you know about financial literacy?
Posted by: Heatman - 09-24-2023, 05:32 PM - Forum: Saving Money - No Replies

Being financially literate isn't something that you can learn easily on your own. It's just like learning how to do your taxes, you definitely need an expert to put you through. Financial management is very difficult, it's why you need an expert for it most of the time.

When you're learning about being financially literate, who taught you almost everything that you know?

Do you think having emergency fund is it a must?
Posted by: Heatman - 09-24-2023, 05:28 PM - Forum: Saving Money - Replies (4)

Emergency fund is the money set aside and is never used for any other reason unless there's an unexpected emergency that comes up which no other money can be able to take care of the financial needs of the emergency.

Do you think that it's necessary to save a money that's never going to be touched for any reason whatsoever unless it's an emergency?

Do you save money for a trip?
Posted by: Heatman - 09-24-2023, 05:25 PM - Forum: Saving Money - Replies (2)

Are you the kind of person that plans yourself down to the point where you have to save money for your trip? It's not going to be like dipping your hand into the money in your bank account already to finance a trip but actually saving for it over a specific period of time.

What are your thoughts on saving money for a trip?

Do you think business insurance a waste of money?
Posted by: Heatman - 09-24-2023, 05:22 PM - Forum: Business Insurance - Replies (4)

There are so many businesses in my country that their owner don't care about having it insured. I was discussing with an entrepreneur last weekend and he mentioned that paying for business insurance doesn't make any sense for him. I tried making him to understand the risks for not having his business insured but he's not interested.

What do you think about this kind of decision?

Do you believe that a strong company culture leads to better employee engagement?
Posted by: Debashis - 09-24-2023, 07:11 AM - Forum: Business Management and Marketing - Replies (2)

Do you believe that fostering a strong and inclusive company culture, where employees are aligned with the organization's values and mission, not only leads to better employee engagement but also positively impacts overall business success? How do you define and cultivate a positive company culture within your organization, and can you share specific examples of how this has contributed to enhanced employee satisfaction, productivity, and ultimately, the success of your business? Conversely, have you encountered situations where a poor company culture had negative repercussions on your business, and what lessons did you learn from that experience?
