Trading Tips: Start Small, Dream Big
Posted by: andrew - 10-11-2023, 07:04 PM - Forum: Trading (Stocks/Forex/Crypto) - No Replies

Trading can be a tempting path to profits, but remember, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. If you're a beginner, starting small is key. Think $10 instead of $10,000! Platforms like Binance offer peer-to-peer trading, a safe and efficient way to dip your toes in the water. Focus on learning and understanding the market before diving headfirst into high-stakes trades. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

Real Estate Strategies for Wealth Creation
Posted by: andrew - 10-11-2023, 07:01 PM - Forum: Real Estate - Replies (2)

In real estate, having ample funds and holding investments long-term makes business easier. Flipping properties—buying, adding value, and selling for a higher price—is a lucrative method. Alternatively, renting properties provides a steady income stream, although it involves less immediate profit.

What were your options when starting your business?
Posted by: Smokey - 10-01-2023, 07:10 PM - Forum: Small Businesses - Replies (1)

What were the options you were toying with when starting a business?  For me, it was graphic design & web design. I tried starting a business back in college but I quickly decided not to bother as I was still learning a lot of the stuff at the time and I just never bothered to try starting it up again. In today's economy and climate, I don't know how lucrative it would be if I'm honest and my interests have since changed when it comes to web development.

What sort of businesses were you thinking of starting up before you started yours? Do you still have your business? How is it working out for you today as opposed to when you started?

  The collapse of NFTs?
Posted by: Smokey - 10-01-2023, 07:06 PM - Forum: Cryptocurrency, NFT, Metaverse - Replies (1)

Do you feel like NFT's have collapsed and now aren't worth what they once were? To be honest, I always felt like NFT's were a bit.....scammy at best.  It was something I was always skeptical about, similar to Crypto and I just don't see how a picture on the internet could be worth some stupid amount of money (thousands) when it's easily saved by everyone for free.

I read somewhere recently that NFT's have collapsed and are now pretty much worthless. What are your thoughts on this?

If you own a car, it is essential that you have car insurance for numerous reasons such as getting in an accident or theft of your vehicle.

We all tend to shop around and look for the best car insurance but in some cases, even though you feel you have the best car insurance, you can sometimes land in hot water when the car insurance company you chose let you down.

Have you ever been let down by your car insurance company? What did they do that let you down?

What has generated the best income for you?
Posted by: Shortie - 09-25-2023, 04:02 PM - Forum: Generating Income - Replies (6)

If you are like me and you work on several different ways to bring in an income, you will more than likely have several sources of income with some being a quite good amount and others instead being a little less.

With all those sources of income put together, you will more than likely have a steady income but which source of income would you say has been the best for you? The one that generates the most income you make?
