What factors should be considered when choosing currency pairs to trade?
Posted by: deucher - 01-24-2024, 06:56 PM - Forum: Trading (Stocks/Forex/Crypto) - No Replies

When I first started trading, I thought that the more currency pairs I have, the sooner I will be able to find the moment and the entry point, but it was only worse because all the situations were mixed up and in the end I just entered at the wrong time. As for me, it is necessary to choose the most popular pairs, as well as gold. And you don't need to choose pairs with the same currency because they will have very similar charts. and what are your thoughts on this?

What are the main types of forex market analysis: technical, fundamental, psychologic
Posted by: deucher - 01-24-2024, 06:55 PM - Forum: Trading (Stocks/Forex/Crypto) - No Replies

In my opinion, everyone who has ever traded forex understands the importance of all three components. Trading cannot be successful if you do not have all three components and if you do not know how to use them. For example, I used to be good at understanding the price and forecasting, but I had no psychological skills, because of which I lost money. What do you think about it?

Here are a couple of things to consider before starting a company prt 2

Fail Fast - Can you test the idea quickly (such as an app for Apple or Android devices) or will it take a long time to develop a market-ready prototype to test with potential customers (such as science-based commercialisation idea)? Try to test the idea quickly to gauge whether it's likely to be successful, or whether you need to kill it quickly, thereby saving you money, effort and time.
People - A talented team can problem-solve at a prodigious rate. Can you build a team around you who will help get you there more quickly? Can you honestly assess your strengths and weaknesses to help you decide who else needs to on the journey with you? Big Grin

Pain Point - what problem is the business solving? Unless your business clearly helps other people or businesses win more business, reduce their costs or solve a problem, chances are you might not have many customers.
Unique - Is your idea new or a new take on an existing idea? What's unique about the business you are proposing? Is it a me-too business or something new and unique?

How to go about a Restaurant business
Posted by: kobbydavies - 01-21-2024, 10:03 AM - Forum: Small Businesses - Replies (1)

  • If by this point you still consider opening a restaurant, find a contractor with restaurant experience and proven track record of permit processing and hire them!
  • Open, test, don’t fall in love with your concept and make the adjustments you need to make without giving away your dream; but remain flexible.
  • Don’t do karaoke nights, unless you’re a karaoke bar.

How to go about a Restaurant business

  • Define your customer’s psychographics characteristics (who they are, what they like to do, what are their tastes, etc.)
  • Try to adjust your concept to your customer, find characteristics they can relate to, and create engagement. Find a focus group of non-friends, people that will give honest feedback (avoid automatic solidarity), validate it
  • Adjust concept if needed

Are Restaurants one of the most complex businesses of all?
Posted by: kobbydavies - 01-21-2024, 10:00 AM - Forum: Small Businesses - Replies (4)

Create a concept. Try to solve an actual problem. Most restaurants fail because the owner creates a concept for himself, instead of having the customer in mind. If you want to create a concept that is “unique” you need to already have the followers to get it full from the start, otherwise…

Most people make the mistake to create a concept, then find the cheapest real estate available for it, without regard to the location.
As in any business, location can make or break it, but for food, location is EVERYTHING.

First, let me point out that restaurant is one of the toughest business out there. It requires absolute devotion and more often than you think, they fail.
