How do you deal with trading depression?

It is very difficult for me, because I often had such a situation that I simply could not come to terms with losses. I tried to act on a strategy and I had discipline but unfortunately I just gave up and never went back to trading. Therefore, in my opinion, those who are starting should know that it is very difficult and mentally as well.
