Trading doesn't always end up in a win. There are times that one can experience the trade bringing some losses, and that is where depression can set in. When it comes to depression, how would you manage the issue as it relates to trading? What motivates you to continue after a loss?

It is very difficult for me, because I often had such a situation that I simply could not come to terms with losses. I tried to act on a strategy and I had discipline but unfortunately I just gave up and never went back to trading. Therefore, in my opinion, those who are starting should know that it is very difficult and mentally as well.
