What do you do when your business is dying off?

It's either is business is successful or it's going to die off. Everything depends on how the business owner is managing the business. When the business is not properly managed, it may result in the business dying off slowly. 

Have you had any business which was slowly dying off? What did you do in such situation? Did you fight or give up on the business?

For me, if some problems begin that cannot be solved right away, then the business cannot be saved and it should be closed as soon as possible before it leads to big losses. You can also try to reduce costs, such as salaries or the purchase of services that are necessary for the operation of the business, but in my opinion, this will only make things worse.
