What do you do when your business is dying off? - Heatman - 11-19-2023 It's either is business is successful or it's going to die off. Everything depends on how the business owner is managing the business. When the business is not properly managed, it may result in the business dying off slowly. Have you had any business which was slowly dying off? What did you do in such situation? Did you fight or give up on the business? You can also try to reduce costs, such as salaries or the purchase of services that are necessary for the operation of the business, but in my opinion, this will only make things worse. |
