  Human Resources (HR)
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 06:07 PM - Forum: Business Management and Marketing - Replies (1)

How important is HR in the business? I think a lot because he is the link between boss and an employee. Worker doesn't have to bother boss for something because he can always express his problems to HR and by doing so, boss doesn't have to worry of some work drama.
HR is also important because workers may quit if their rights are not being exercised as they should by law.

  Playing mobile games for money
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 06:03 PM - Forum: Generating Income - Replies (1)

A year ago I got information that some Arabs are paying good amount of money if you would play games for them on the phone. When I say play, I am talking about leveling their accounts to some level and doing the best you can so that account is good. Of course, they would pay you money for the account itself and to you for spending your time doing this.
Anyone tried this?

  Gaming tutoring
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 06:01 PM - Forum: Generating Income - No Replies

I think everyone has heard of this. If you are really good at some game you can charge to other classes on how to become better at it. I know people do this most often for League of Legends and CS:GO. I am not sure how much they charge but if you already spent years in becoming good at the game, why not earn some money on it?

  Selling game account
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 05:58 PM - Forum: Generating Income - No Replies

Some people love selling gaming accounts for specific games such as League of Legends, Smite, Dota, CS:GO etc. The better the account, better the price. This is illegal in the eyes of game owner and they would ban such account if they find out. I recall I sold one smite account for 20 euros. I tried selling my main account for 50 euros but nobody showed any interest. I can't sell for less because I invested more money and not to mention 400 hours in that game.

Have you ever tried this?

  Not being paid by boss
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 05:55 PM - Forum: Cashflow Management - Replies (2)

Let's say you start working somewhere without being officially registered and you are okay with this because you need money and it seems like okay solution until you find something better. Now, end of the month comes and boss says he doesn't want to pay, he is unhappy with your work or comes up with reasons to cut off your salary. How would you react to this? This is so so common in my country.

Going to jail because of debt
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 05:52 PM - Forum: Personal Loan & Debt Repayment - No Replies

Do you know somebody who couldn't pay his monthly bank payment and after few months he was sued and sent to jail? Banks are ruthless when it comes to this and law is supporting them very nice. This is  the reason I am very afraid of taking bigger loans. What if I lose the job and become unable to pay my monthly payment? Why would I end up in jail with real criminals?

Do you think of this before asking for bank loan or you are sure you won't have an issue with payments?

  Loan request denied
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 05:47 PM - Forum: Personal Loan & Debt Repayment - Replies (2)

Has it ever happened to you that your loan request has been denied?  If so, what was the reason for it? How complicated it is to get a loan from the bank and not being refused? I think that if somebody wants loan for house bank is very cautious on this because it is a loan for decades and what if you fail to pay it out? Well, they will just kick you out and sell the house to take that money back and you will have to give what is left over.

  Refinancing loan
Posted by: The Raven - 11-22-2023, 05:43 PM - Forum: Personal Loan & Debt Repayment - Replies (2)

Getting a loan for whatever the reason is always tricky but sometimes it may happen you are in a serious situation where you need more money so you don't lose business or becomes homeless so you decide to refinance loan by taking another loan which is bigger than the previous one. By doing so, you get more money but everything resets. Usually people go to another bank to do this.

Thoughts on this? Would you do this?

  Ever had permitting issues?
Posted by: Henrywrites - 11-20-2023, 04:15 AM - Forum: Real Estate - Replies (1)

It is always important that one look at the permitting requirements before they go ahead to buy a property or a land. This is to avoid getting into issues with the permitting offices. Have you ever been in this type of issue before? How did you end up solving it?
