Human Resources (HR) - The Raven - 11-22-2023

How important is HR in the business? I think a lot because he is the link between boss and an employee. Worker doesn't have to bother boss for something because he can always express his problems to HR and by doing so, boss doesn't have to worry of some work drama.
HR is also important because workers may quit if their rights are not being exercised as they should by law.

The human resource personnel has a lot of work to do on planning and ensuring that the company hires right. The boss should trust HR to make informed decisions on who they think should handle a role away from the other. This is what makes everything work better in the long run in terms of giving the company a good image. So, I believe HR is important in every organisation.
