Can you employ young graduates at your workplace?
#1
Employing young graduates is definitely something that some small business owners can do. There is this belief that they are just out there to prove a point. Would you take that risk considering the majority of them lack the experience to control what is happening or handled such role before?

I employ both graduates and none graduates in my business. What I'm looking for when hiring any staff is skills and not educational qualifications. If someone who didn't go to the university have more skills than a graduate, he will be hired first.

In my opinion, this is very beneficial for the business itself, because if they are newbies, then you can not pay them much and they will do the job anyway, because they hope that they will be hired for a permanent job. But if they do something wrong, you won't spend much on their salary, but you can very easily fire them.
