Paypal with mastercard and visa

I had to read about this very carefully because it seems that with Mastercard you can only move money from bank acc to paypal but you can't withdraw the money while with VISA you can do both. That's why I recently opened a bank account and asked for VISA card. Right now I am waiting for card to be made so that I can try and see if I can actually withdraw the money. If I can't, I am in a huge problem. 

Anyone had issues with mastercard and paypal?

Eh. I don’t withdraw directly to a linked card on PayPal. I have a bank account or as the Americans refer to it, a checking account which is linked instead used for withdrawals. Best option really!
