What's the max age limit you employ?
#1
In as much as it's very important to hire the best qualified staff for your business, it's very important to hire those who are going to respect your authority. This is why I believe it's important to have a specific age limit of workers to be hired in any workplace. You shouldn't employ who will be looking at you like a kid and his or her subordinate.

For my kind of business, we majorly deal with creativity rather than age. As far as you are creative enough to deliver, you would be employed regardless of the age. But for a creative industry, we naturally have more of young people between 20 and 35.

I guess this depends on the kind of business you are hiring for. In some cases in the UK where I am from, people tend to hire people from as young as 13 for things such as paper rounds, and 16 for something a little more than that.
