Do you regularly train your employees on safety protocols and risk management? 
Have you communicated these practices to your insurance provider to potentially lower your premiums?

I don't because I only have an online business that I run on my own. However, if I ever become an offline business owner, I will train my employees on safety protocols and safety management so that they know what to do in the event of an injury or accident, or, better yet, avoid them.
