Do you have a trading strategy?

When it comes to trading crypto and stocks (the ones that I have some knowledge about), I have this strategy not to chase a loss. I believe that one can become emotional when they start to chase a loss at the end of a trading day. Do you have any strategy?

I tried a lot of strategies and they did not bring me profit and I spent almost 5 years on it and now I trade only when there is news because I have developed a strategy for myself and I know how news affects the currency and I know which way to open.
