The term flipped basically means you purchase a house that is in bad condition for cheap and renovate it. This way, once the renovations are done you can either sell the house to a potential buyer or even rent it out. There's quite a few people who do this and they earn some decent money this way. Of course depending on how bad the conditions of the house are, some renovations will take quite a bit of money to get everything up to par. Have you ever flipped a house before? If so, did you end up earning back more or at least enough to cover the costs of the renovations when you sold the house?

I haven't been into this kind of investment in real estate but I know that it's something good. You have to get such houses in location where people would like to live as that's how you can be able to sell it quickly and for a good price.

As much as I know this kind of investment is viable and can also allow you to make a great profit from it, I have not been in a position to buy a property such as a house or even an apartment to renovate and then sell.
If the opportunity ever arose though and I had the money and the ability to renovate I would jump at the chance.

Anyone who's invested in real estate will definitely be into house flipping. It's one of the best ways to make money quickly in real estate business.
It's something my uncle have taken part in and made so much money for himself. If you want to be in real estate, you should do house flipping.

I've not gotten into it. However, I have been into domain flipping, but it was never anything serious. Anyway, I don't have and haven't had the income to get into real estate.

I didn't do it personally, but my parents did it, but not for the sake of profit, but because we didn't have enough money, we bought a house in a bad condition and restored it, and when my father got a promotion, we moved to a better house and sold it even with a profit.
