I have been having a deep thought on starting a new small business to sustain my other sides of earning income. Do you have suggestions on what I should do in order to become a successful small business owner?

When starting any new business you have to look at your ideas for a business and then look at other businesses that are the same niche and offer the same projects as your business to get an idea of what you could do differently to help your business succeed.

Always remember that with any new business, you will not grow over night and it could take a while so never go into creating a new business wit the mindset that you will become rich and successful quickly.

You should try as much as possible to cut out making unnecessary expenses from your new business. If it's possible not to spend from the business at least in the first 6 months or 1 year that you started the business, you should do it. It's going to help the business to grow and stabilise more quickly.

I started woth a small business, the MLK eta business done through franchising, and the sales daily are saved in the bank and next month, I plan to open a new branch. We can't judge our small business as long as we care for it and have a passion for it.
