How to go about a Restaurant business
#1
  • Define your customer’s psychographics characteristics (who they are, what they like to do, what are their tastes, etc.)
  • Try to adjust your concept to your customer, find characteristics they can relate to, and create engagement. Find a focus group of non-friends, people that will give honest feedback (avoid automatic solidarity), validate it
  • Adjust concept if needed

It's very important to know whom you're cooking for because there are some food which some people don't eat. So, knowing those you're cooking for will make you know what to cook so that you don't have lots of waste in food they don't have any interest in buying.
