Do you buy properties with trees?
#1
If you're looking for a new landed property to buy but there are lots of trees scattered all over the land, what would you do?

Would you cut down all the trees because they might be an obstruction for the plan you have for the property or would you look to adjust your plan to accommodate the trees?

I would definitely consider such an option, but if it would definitely not harm the house, because if there are many trees around, then there may be problems with the humidity of the house. And if there are too many trees, it won't be so cozy. Although if you rent such a house instead of buying it, it is very convenient and beautiful and you don't need to worry about the condition of the house.
