Is Life insurance a thing in 2023?

I think that this is very depending on the country you are living in. If it is a very peaceful country there is pretty much no need. Of course, it may happen you get hit by the car or some unwanted accident but it is very unlikely to occur. I have seen cases of women killing their husbands just to get insurance money for his death. That's wild but it happens.
