How much freedom do you give your employees?

For me, the most important thing is that the employee does the job, and what he does for this and what methods he uses are unimportant to me. After all, as an owner, I only need a successful business and I am ready to do everything possible for this, and if the employees will contribute to this, then I will only thank them and even write out a bonus for promoting development.
