Do you run your business yourself?

There are business owners who don't feel like it is fine with them managing their businesses. They always prefer to give it out to a manager to run it instead of managing the business themselves. What can make you decide not to manage your business yourself?

I'm the kind of person that is always interested in running and managing my own business by myself.

I might hire staffs who are going to assist me in running the business but I will never hand over the complete running of the business to another person for any reason whatsoever.

When I started, I tried to do everything on my own, but over time it became difficult for me, but I didn't have the funds for workers yet, so I asked my sister, and so it turned out that we still manage the whole business together.
