Do you use travel insurance every time you travel?

Travel insurance is great to have especially if you are going somewhere that is quite a distance and you run the risk of losing things or having things stolen. In most cases, some people will have travel insurance in place no matter where they travel to but some will only ensure they have travel insurance in place if they are going somewhere that is quite a ways out from where they are traveling from. 

Do you always use travel insurance no matter where you travel?

Not everytime I travel. But I do have to remember that if something does happen I would be liable for lots of medical bills, or stolen property. It does really depend on how far I'm travelling and the risk level, to whether I get insurance.
