Effects of hiring the wrong person
#1
Most business owners tend to assume hiring the wrong person often means hiring someone not qualified for the job. While this might be true to some extent, it does not end there. In most cases you might actually hire the most qualified person but it does not mean they are the right one for the job. Hiring the right person has to do with not just qualifications alone, but also their willingness to work and put in their very best. Having an interest to grow with you. Hiring the wrong person, someone who is not willing to work but eager to receive payment might delay the growth of the business.

When it comes to hiring your workers, you need to be very careful with it and not rush it because once you get your staff wrong, those whom you hired will run your business into the ground. Examine your potential staff and make sure they have what it takes to deliver on your job.

Very true, the worse part about this is that it is even possible for them to influence the good workers in your business. Turning your business into something else.

The wrong person cannot get the job done. So this will lead to low productivity and low revenue. It can also affect the way other competent worker approach their work due to the influence those ones will have on them. It is really a wrong move.

When you make mistakes with staffing, you are now going to do more correcting what they have spoiled. So, that is why I have decided to be careful with whom I let into my business.
