Does your customers help to refer your business?

It's always possible to know where your business customers are coming from. This is because when they are from your advertisement and promotion, they will say it once asked. Also, the channel where they contact your business from will tell you how they came to know about your business. 

Have you ever sold to customers who made remarks that they were referred by their family or friends to patronize your business?

There were such cases, because when the business is really cool and brings benefits, it is not necessary to pay money to introduce your employees. Very often, everyone recommends for free because they are ready to take responsibility that the business they recommend is really worth it.

Few years ago, I was asking the same question to myself and here is what I observed-

' Yes, money is needed to do any business, it's impossible to do business without money for an Investor but not for an Entrepreneurs.’

The easiest business to start without money is a business in service industry.

I have had a few customers who have actually referred others to me from time to time. Customers only refer others when they are satisfied with your products or services.
