What is your worst experience as an employee?
#1
Employees are always at the mercy of their bosses. If as an employee your boss is a very difficult person, working for him will be very difficult. This is because everything will be poked at and nagged on all the time.

Have you worked for a very difficult boss? What is your worst experience as an employee working under him?

I didn't like washing dishes to late at the night at a restaurant and then waking up early the next day to work. Well, anyhow, besides that problem, my boss was a good person to work for and he really gave me a chance.

My employer is quite a difficult person. He promised to increase my salary but he did not do it. I am disappointed because he gave false hopes. Obviously, he is a man who can't keep promises. I hope I can find a new job next year.

The worst thing for me was that my salary was calculated incorrectly. After all, I was paid hourly, so I myself counted every hour I worked, and we even had electronic calculators that counted every hour. But it turned out that at the end of the month they always calculated my salary 20 percent less because they calculated the hours badly. And this is the worst, because I tried to explain to them, but they said that it was me who counted badly.

For me I think my worse was the fact that I had to go to the office as early as 6am, running multiple positions such as working as the manager, photo editor, receptionist and even cleaner and printer in most cases and my boss still thinks I was not putting in my best, and i was not even paid well.
