Role of leadership in building from small to big business?
#1
The role of leadership can not be overemphasised when it comes to building small businesses to a greater height. As a business owner,  I have tried to work harder in ensuring that I get it right with building my business. Is there leadership decisions that you have made as a business owner that has helped in the past?

It is correct that in order to build a great company, you need to be a leader, because even the most losers will not want to listen to you if you do not have such qualities. You need to take more responsibility and then people will see that you are ready to take risks for them and the company

This has something to do with mindset.

The majority of people are not trained to be entrepreneurs. This has something to do with our education system. The school curriculum is not designed for entrepreneurship. It was designed for the job market to supply quality labor to the industry. It was designed to train people to become the best employees.

The leader plays a very important role in this aspect. The leader acts as a backbone or support for others to keep pushing harder. The leader knows the strength and weaknesses of everyone and makes use of it to ensure the best results.
