Here are a couple of things to consider before starting a company
#1
Pain Point - what problem is the business solving? Unless your business clearly helps other people or businesses win more business, reduce their costs or solve a problem, chances are you might not have many customers.
Unique - Is your idea new or a new take on an existing idea? What's unique about the business you are proposing? Is it a me-too business or something new and unique?

Whenever it comes starting a business, it's very important to make sure that your business solves a problem for your potential customers. This is the only way your business is going to keep being profitable for a very long time.

As a business owner, or a potential business owner your business has to be able to solve a particular problem or at least create solution to a problem. These days people are willing to pay anything as long as you are able to provide solutions to their problems.

In my opinion, it is not so necessary to have a unique idea, you just need to have a unique approach to make a certain area better, then the profit is guaranteed because you will stand out among others
