Who is more important between your worker and customer?
#1
It's true that customers are the reason why a business is started because they are needed to patronize the business for it to be successful. Workers on the other hand are needed to keep the business operationally active. When there's no one willing to work for you, the business is as good as not being started.

So, who is more important between your worker and customer?

They are both important to me, and when a dispute arises, I will side with the client, even if he is wrong, but then when he leaves, I will compensate the employee because the client will return to me and I will earn again, and the employee will receive compensation and continue to work with pleasure.
