How often does your customers lay complains about your business?

Some business owner might feel that their customers complaining about your business products and services is not good but in reality, it's a feedback they're giving to your business. If you're smart, you will pay a listening ear to what they say and work on it in your business.

Complaints don't come often in my line of business, but it is something that I have figured a way to always handle and one of the best ways is to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and try to make peace with what they are trying to let you know about.

I carefully work with customers very closely to ensure that he complains are minimized. Not a if I don't have few complaints here and there but they are far and in between.
