How often should you give out bonusses to employees?

I am not yet an experienced owner and I have a rather small business because I only have 2 employees who work for me and I need to pay them money and also to maintain the market salary I have to give bonuses. What percentage of my salary do you think I should give and how often because since I'm not popular yet I can't afford it every month or else I'll have to give my salary to the workers as well
