What crashed the last small business you started?
#1
Have any of the small business you started crashed? What was the reason why you think the business had to fail? Could you have done something different which must have saved the business?

I'm looking at gathering more information on several reasons why small businesses crumble in order to know what's going on in that sector.

In 2017 I chose to start video game content creation and because I had started earning from it, it was classed as a business for me, unfortunately, I have had to give that up as with so many streaming platforms either closing or changing things and making things more difficult, it was no longer sustainable for me to keep going with that business and so I moved to freelance writing and I have my own business now doing that.

It's unfortunate when a business crashes through the decisions of others but it is always something to consider when starting as that could always be a possibility.

It was lack of proper management that caused my first business not to do so well. It was a dry cleaning services business. I didn't invest much time to follow up on the business but left it in control of a staff. They ended up running the business into the ground. I learnt a very big lesson in that business.

I had a case when I started my business but I just didn't have any knowledge and no one to help me I just did everything myself and it was all wrong so I just couldn't stand the harsh market realities
