Houses in an estate or off estate?
#1
Estates are more organised when it comes to housing. They have good road network, abundant water and good security. The only thing is that houses in estates are very expensive when compared to houses off estate. Social amenities in houses off estates are limited but the houses are cheaper.

Do you like houses in estates or off estate?

Houses in an estate offer amenities, security, and community, often ideal for families. For example, gated communities in suburbs like Irvine provide parks and schools. Off-estate houses, such as those in rural or standalone urban areas, offer more privacy and space, like a countryside home in Vermont.

Both of them offers something unique which what matters is if someone can be able to afford to pay for which one of them they like to make use of.

So in the end ,it is about the money you have that kind of afford where you want to live.

I would always prefer staying in an off estate because of the fact that I don't have the money to spend on renting in an estate at the moment.
