As with any insurance company, you will get quite a few that also offer travel insurance and when it comes to choosing travel insurance, you want to go for a company that has everything you need and will be reliable and easy to deal with without any issues should you need to claim on the insurance. Unfortunately, many people do end up going for travel insurance companies that are not what they expected and that can leave you with a bad experience.

Have you ever had a bad experience with a travel insurance company? What was the experience like and have you now changed the company you are with?

I haven't had any bad experience with using any travel insurance company. I make my research very well about any company I would like to make use of their services in order to avoid getting into this kind of bad experience. I tend to stick to one company as long as I'm good with their services.
