What's the operational business activities duration for your business on daily basis? Do you have a strategy in place that makes it possible for your business to be open 24/7? Do you have to hire extra staff to make this possible or do you have an ecommerce store for your business that is always open?

For me, such stores and all types of businesses that work throughout the day are an indicator of what should not be done, because there are only two 12-hour shifts and it is very exhausting for the workers. In my opinion, it is better to make a more loyal service and work for 12 hours, because at night there are no customers anyway.
