A business refund policy is what gives customers the chance to return a business product that they've purchased but it wasn't what they needed or the product might be faulty. When the customers meets the terms of the refund policy, they'll be refunded their money after returning the product.

I provide such a service and it's nothing bad, but there are customers who abuse this function and want to return a product that they themselves damaged or a product that was not bought from me, and despite the fact that I know the truth, they try to threaten me with a lawsuit because of the refusal to exchange the product.
