Are all your customers well behaved?

Customers are the reason why any business is started in the first place because without them to sell the business products and services, there's no way the business is going to be successful. This comes with knowing how to manage your customers well to keep their loyalty. 

Some customers can be very easy to deal with but some of them can be a very serious pain. How does most of your customers behave? Do they make managing them very difficult for you?

I understand that many people can behave in different ways and some may not like what I demand at work, so I try to find a simple principle of communication with everyone. For example, explain everything in detail to everyone and then it will be clear why I did one way or another, but I can't treat everyone only the way he wants, because there are many people willing to do the dishes and I can easily fire and hire a new one.
