Using friend's adress to open bank account?
#1
If you can provide proof of residence, it's possible to open a bank account with your friend's address in my state. Have you seen anyone who opened a new bank account using another person's address? Do you think it's going to be considered a fraud using an address which is not your fault own to open a bank account?

I have never done something like this, won't it cause problems in the future? But I don't understand, why do you want to use your friend's address? Why don't you use yours? It would be logical that you use your address and that's it.

I have a friend who's making inquires if it's possible because he wants to open the account in another country where he doesn't actually live.

He's planning on having his personal data used but his friend's address.
