Have you ever run into an issue where you were glad you had homeowner insurance? - Shortie - 01-25-2023 Having homeowners insurance is something that is always advised if you are a homeowner so that you have that peace of mind if anything happens to your home. Without homeowners insurance, if anything was to happen, you would be left in quite a bad place with a lot of money to pay out which sometimes, can be too much for one person to handle. Have you ever been in a situation where you were glad that you had homeowner insurance? What was the issue that you ran into? RE: Have you ever run into an issue where you were glad you had homeowner insurance? - Ravenfreak - 05-29-2023 Thankfully I haven't ran into any issues yet, we just moved early last year into a bigger house and had to get insurance. We thankfully live up top of a hill, so if there was ever floods in my area I think we'd be safe with that. Living in the midwest though, we're known for getting some bad thunderstorms and tornados at times but I've been lucky enough not to get caught in the middle of a tornado. |
