- Rental Income: A lot of people invest in property to earn rental income. It's pretty common – you buy a house or a commercial space, rent it out to individuals or businesses, and make money from the rent they pay.
- Property Development: Another way is to invest in developing property. This means buying land, building something on it, like apartments, and then selling those. However, this option is usually for big or institutional investors. As a smaller investor, you can still buy a flat in these properties and later sell it for a profit.
- REIT: You can invest in a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns, operates, or finances income-generating real estate and receive dividends

I plan to buy a house and rent it out, but now that I have enough funds, I invest in funds that deal with real estate, and this is a very good option, although it is less profitable, but you only need to give them money and not think about what to do next.
