Does your savings account offer interest? - Shortie - 01-02-2023

I know that some banks usually offer a savings account where if you save money in there, you will often gain interest on your savings meaning that just by keeping money in your savings you will also be making a little extra from interest. Not all banks offer this service or some may but will charge a fee to have such a savings account so it really does vary by each bank.

Do you have a savings account that you can get interest from when you keep money in there? Is it something that is part of the savings account package or is it something you had to pay extra for?

Yes, my savings account offers interest but it is only 3% per year. It's literally nothing compared to the inflation rate here. It's always better to invest our money instead of just keeping them in the bank savings account.
