Do you trust all of your employees? - Ja sa bong - 11-24-2023

Hiring employees is a very important stage in a business. If you're not careful with the staff hired to work, their activities will impact negatively on the business which will bring losses and lack of sales.

If you're hiring staffs, how do you know the one's to trust before hiring them?

I trust everyone, because it is my job to hire those who will inspire me to trust and do everything for the company, and people who are not ready to do this and want to hang out somewhere but will not wait long to receive their salary, so the employee must work honestly and the employer must pay honestly.
