Are you emotionally attached to a staff? - Henrywrites - 11-20-2023 There are times one may get to the point of feeling emotionally attached to a worker, as the business owner. Maybe the way you speak to them when they make mistakes is not always the best way you think it should be done. Have you had a worker that made you feel weaker? And I understand that they get paid for this, but that does not give me the right to treat them inappropriately. That's why I always try to solve everything exclusively through business relations so that cause and effect are clear to both. |
