There are some customers who are always fond of taking things beyond the limit with how they behave and act in a business premises. Let's assume one of your business customers was having a misunderstanding with one of your business staff and all of a sudden, the customer slapped your worker. What are you going to do in this situation?

In my opinion, this is a very difficult situation and in any case I will side with the employee, because it is possible to make a mistake, but this does not give the client the right to physically abuse the employee. First of all, I would ban this client and allow him to use my services, and I would issue monetary compensation to the employee.
