Taking of breaks whenever your running and managing a business is very important because when you don't rest, it may jeopardise your health. Do you have any specific duration that you take as your break time when managing your business? Do you think that your take enough break time?

As a manager, I can afford to rest more than a worker, because I have almost no responsibilities, I am already at the level where people with a salary do it all, but I help them during the day, so you can say that I have an hour to work and then an hour to rest.
