Does name matter in health insurance? - Henrywrites - 11-06-2023

When we discuss filling names on your insurance forms, how do you go about it? Do you feel placing the first name last and the surname first will have an impact? I am asking because some insurance firms in my locality stress about one being careful when filling the names. Do you see it as a big deal?

Not only health insurance, but any legal and professional documents follow the same. There is a strict format about filling the form and one has to strictly follow it. We have to be very careful about that. It's all to make is simple when you claim it. The policy should have the correct name and nominees names too.
