Buying a house through a police auction? - Ja sa bong - 11-05-2023

Would you be willing to purchase a house or any property through the police auction sales? I've witness those who bid for cars and houses in such auction. They buy those people's properties at a very cheap price.

Would you buy any property through this method?

Buying a house through a police auction can offer significant discounts but involves risks like hidden liens and limited property inspection. For example, a foreclosure in Los Angeles might be cheaper, but potential legal complications and property condition issues require thorough due diligence. I will never consider this option

Nope, I wouldn't be interested in buying my house this way because I know there is a chance of the house not being what the real owner is willing to sell it and probably the house was taken from him by force, so I wouldn't want to get into the kind of business.
