How many staff is too much for a small business? - Heatman - 10-28-2023 Have you ever thought of the right number of staffs that's enough generally for a small business? If you have a small business that you're managing right now, how many staffs do you have and how many do you think is going to be too much for your business? I mean, there's only so much budget, so how can that possibly not matter? Anyone agree or disagree? I have always maintained not less than 3 staff members at a time and it is always because of the jobs that are needed to be done in the farm. So, I try to keep up to 4 or 5 workers at a time. But in my opinion, when you have 5 people working and you simply don't even have such a profit, how will you be able to pay them salaries. |
