Do your company enrol to health insurance? - Henrywrites - 08-27-2023

Health insurance is a very important aspect of insurance that I believe that most companies should adopt. This is because company hazards can occur anytime and activating the insurance is a good approach. Is the company where you are working at enrolled with any health insurance company?

My company offers private health insurance (not public one) because it is much better, of course. But then again, I am a programmer and they want best possible for us and it is understandable. If I was to work as construction worker, they would pay that money in public insurance company and getting money from them is crazy. They always try to find a loophole not to pay you.

Yes, the company for which I work enrolls every employee in health insurance by default. If the employee wants to have parental health insurance as well, they can. I feel it's a really good gesture shown by the employers who do so since it makes the employees feel that the company really cares for them.
